You’re born with it

We’re born Zen masters.

It just takes time to re-learn everything after we forget around age 12.

That’s why the best students to teach are high schoolers.

They’re in the process of forgetting, but close enough to be able to remember.

Somewhere around puberty, most of us begin losing our Zen abilities.

We start thinking the thoughts, feelings, and emotions are our own.

We start thinking we *are* the thinker, the feeler, and the emoter.

Later on in life, if we sit quietly and pay attention to the here and now, we are able to slowly remember.

We might realize who we are (the one who watches).

Then we can be like a child again.

Living in the here and now.
